Improve engineering performance in the context of homologation and accetance of a new train.
Solution:
ēolos collaborated with our customer engineering teams to analyse the maturity of the train’s design and prepare for the acceptance process. We translated the homologation planning into engineering priorities and introduced structured performance indicators (KPIs) tailored to the context. Our approach simplified decision-making and brought clarity to cross-functional collaboration during a critical phase of the program.
