We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong analytical and visualisation skills to support the delivery of data-driven solutions for our clients.
In this role, you will work closely with our Data Engineer to implement reliable data pipelines, ensure data quality, and develop impactful dashboards that support our clients’ business objectives and enable informed decision-making – whether it relates to monitoring hotel performance, tracking engineering KPIs, or measuring product footprints.
Your mission
- Understand client-specific KPIs and reporting requirements. Help translate client needs into data solutions and dashboards
- Collaborate with our Data Engineer to build and maintain high-quality data pipelines
- Design and develop impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Collect, handle, analyse, and transform data using mainly Excel, and other relevant tools
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and reliability in all project deliverables
- Communicate data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Work across diverse data domains, including hotel performance, engineering metrics, and product-related data
Your profile
- Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or similar academic background with passion for improving our environment and contributing to sustainability development
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- A solid experience on data processing and visualization using Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and Power BI
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of quickly understanding diverse business contexts and translating them into meaningful data outputs
- Ability to communicate technical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English
- Proactive and solution oriented
- Willingness to travel
- Experience working with SQL, Python, R or other data analysis tools is a plus
- Knowledge in fields with data and metrics like Carbon Footprint, Life Cycle Assessment is a plus
